I came across these ‘hot’ Island women, having fun, a good laugh along with an impressive workout, and I couldn’t resist the photograph. Dressed in wigs and grass skirts, they are all clearly in training for the Bribie Olympic team. Known as Bender’s Bods, Suzi Bender said, while they do some serious training, this small group of ladies focuses on getting together for a good laugh and being a little silly while working to achieve their fitness goals. In a world full of such seriousness, I say go for it. You are all awesome!
